ENTIRE 5th FLOOR

Business Partners will be spread over the entire 5th Floor overlooking the Queenstown Lake and Mountains.

We have arranged pack-in to be from Saturday 23 May from 12noon or early Sunday morning onwards. There are no sessions on Saturday, this will be a pack-in day for business partners.

Registration opens at 10.30am on Sunday 24 May and there may be some principals coming through to meet and get their passports stamped. This is a good opportunity to engage with delegates at a more relaxed pace. The new principals will be having lunch at 12.30pm - 1.30pm (approx 40-50). Delegates will be trailing in from the afternoon to get their passports stamped, and will be coming in for the closing of registration and Mihi Whakatau at 5pm - followed by Welcome Drinks & Canapes. You are invited to all the social occasions to maximise your time with the delegates.

Exhibition Hire for partitions and setup
We will be working with Peek Exhibition Hire for our business partner space setup. The partitions will be setup with tressle tables which you can have removed if you wish.

Measurements for your booth’s are: 3.0m back wall x 1.8m side walls x 2.3m high booth. GOLD partners, will have double size.

Trestle table (1.8m) and two chairs.

We will be supplying the following:

● Velcro receptive shellscheme at 2.3m high (Black)

● 10 AMP Power Supply incl 4-Way Multibox

● When applying your own graphics/signage/promotional material etc to the infill walling, please use ONLY the following products:

● Staples ● Velcro (Hook) (please remove when you leave)

Set Up / Pack Down
Set up may occur from Saturday 23rd May 2026 12:00pm. Pack down is to occur on Wedneday 10am.

Business Partner draws are at 11.30am on Wednesday 28 May 2025 morning.
